Charitable Foundation "Open hearts Ukraine» on the eve of the summer presents a unique art project: open-air site «Creativity without limits», works of art by young people with special needs was created. This is the second gallery of the project «Instalazzia: Street galleries», which is waiting for its guests in Mariinsky Park in Kiev.
