With the blessing of his beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr was organized 3-7 June in Balaklava, Crimea, Ukraine on the anniversary of "V Ukrainian Conference of heads and representatives of the Diocesan Department on work with youth", by the synodal Youth Department of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
